Q. Do you do made to measure fireplaces?
A. Yes we do offer a range of made to measure in wood marble and stone Fireplaces.
Q. Do you offer a free survey Service?
A. Yes we do within 15 miles of the showroom.
Q. If I don’t have a chimney can i still have a fireplace?
A. Yes we have a range of options:
Q. Could i just buy the fireplace and get my own installer?
A. Yes you can and we offer a delivery service if you are unable to pick the fireplace up.
Q. Do you have disabled facilities and car parking?
A. Yes we do. We are wheel chair friendly and we offer free car parking for all of our customers.
Q. Do you dispose of the old fireplace?
A. Yes we do, but due to the high price of re-cycling there is a small charge for the larger fireplaces we take out.
